CommentPickerTerms of Service

These terms govern your use of CommentPicker (the "Service") at fbcommentpicker.online, operated by Lkhambayar Gerelt-od of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
CommentPicker lets Facebook Page administrators view the comments on their own Page posts, apply entry rules and select giveaway winners.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You may use the Service only for Pages you are authorized to manage.
- You must comply with Facebook's Platform Terms, Community Standards and Page, Groups and Events Policies, including the rules for promotions and giveaways.
- You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or send automated or excessive requests.
3. Your responsibility for giveaways
You are solely responsible for running your giveaway, including its rules, eligibility, prize fulfilment and compliance with applicable laws and Facebook's promotion guidelines. CommentPicker is a selection tool and is not a sponsor, administrator or participant in any giveaway. Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.
4. Accuracy and availability
Results depend on the data Facebook makes available to the Service. For example, comments whose author Facebook does not share with the Service cannot be considered as entries. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any giveaway you run with it.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend access to the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
